GA Law to Impose Tiny Houses? Klaus Schwab Celebrates and Elon Disparages One World Government. EU Bans Gas Cars 2035; Bartow Passes Future Land Use Map.
News Roundup: Yup, the Powers that be DO want to control local communities from afar.
Bartow County Approved the 5 year update of Land Use Map.
Despite requests to ensure that low density areas on the future land use map would not allow high density development, the County Commission approved the land use map with no restrictions on high density single family home development. The stories below illustrate why all of the effort and attention to this matter is warranted here in Bartow county. Thanks to members of the Bartow Freedom Coalition who showed up to speak. Sadly, no public comment was allowed prior to the vote! Comment was allowed only after.
Georgia Lawmaker Proposes Law to Supersede Local Zoning Laws; Pushes Tiny Houses for “workforce”. TAKE ACTION (See contacts below).
Georgia Assembly Rep Dale Washburn (R-Macon) is proposing a law that would prevent local zoning laws from limiting hyper-dense development. He proposes to take aim at local ordinances that require minimum house sizes. He would like to promote multiple stripped down 1,200 square foot houses to be built for low and moderate income people as “workforce housing”. The report on the proposal refers to the need for workers to have many small houses built near a Hyundai plant in Savannah. This is relevant here in Bartow considering the efforts to promote hyper-dense housing in our county. This is in the context of a Hyundai lithium battery plant planned on 411 just west of the 41/411 exchange. It seems there is a goal to build hundreds of small houses for “workforce” for the plant. While people tout this as affordable housing, it will actually mean people just being labelled as “Workforce”, shuttled into dense, tiny home developments and being deprived of access to better quality housing. Affordable housing could easily be built if the government would stop interceding to deprive standard lower density housing to be built. The market will be flooded with dense communities and no further traditional housing will be available, leading to lower supply and higher demand - thus driving up prices.
Those wishing to stop this should contact their local legislators and ask them to prevent passage of any such bill. Ask them “to support local zoning and traditional, low-density development of single family homes”.

One-World Government Pushed in Dubai; Klaus says “more”, Elon says “DANGER!”
The World Government Summit met in Dubai 2/13-2/15 fresh on the heels of the World Economic Forum (WEF) Meeting in Davos in January. The elite are stating they really DO want a one-world government and “new world order” and aren’t afraid to say it (as said by Biden, elites at APEC and at last year’s World Global summit). At this year’s World Government Summit, WEF leader Klaus Schwab gave the Keynote and called for more top down control of so-called “A.I.” and other technologies to essentially shape a “better world” (in their view). Elon Musk appeared via tele-presentation and pointed to the dangers of a top-down elitist control through unified world government, offering:
"I know this is called the 'World Government Summit,' but I think we should be a little bit concerned about actually becoming too much of a single world government," Musk said.
"If I may say, we want to avoid creating a civilizational risk by having — frankly, this may sound a little odd — too much cooperation between governments," he added.
European Union Takes Steps to Ban gasoline powered cars by 2035. Could this happen in Georgia? You betcha!
The states of California and Washington are working to ban the sale of “evil” gasoline powered cars in their states by 2035 and 2030 respectively. Now the European Union is working to ban them as well by 2030. The standards and regulations they are imposing will make buying a gas car or using one basically impossible for anyone except the uber-elite. Could this happen in Georgia? ABSOLUTELY! Governor Brian Kemp, he who recently appeared at the DAVOS summit of the World Economic Forum has trumpted his cause to promote battery powered cars in Georgia. Kemp has worked to support the Hyundai electric vehicle factory near Savannah and announced major subsidies to build a Hyundai Lithium battery plant here in Bartow county. The Kemp initiative to expand electric vehicle use in Georgia rolled out in 2021. Keep your eyes peeled and defend those gasoline powered cars, of you will not be leaving on trips out of state or even easily out of your city in the next ten years.
