1 Corinthians 13:8 states love never fails. In context love rejoices in truth, and does not delight in evil (13:6).

What is truth? Pilate asked Jesus that exact question after Jesus stated He has come to testify of the truth (John 18:37-38). John 14:6, Jesus has already said He is the way, the truth and the life, that no one comes to the Father except by Him. John 1 states Jesus is the Word of God. 2 Peter 1:21 states holy men of God were moved upon by Holy Spirit to pen the words of the Lord.

It is very clear a literal translation of the Bible is the same translated words from the earliest translations we have. It is clear the subject matter concerning morality is the exact same as was originally penned. It is very clear what the Bible states concerning this issue.

I will start with Luke 17. Jesus said offense will come and we are to forgive our brothers of them sinning against us. Yet Jesus states in verse 2, if anyone offend a child, a little one, it would be better if a millstone be tied around their neck and they be cast into the sea.

1 Corinthians 3:11 continued with, when I was a child a spoke as a child, I understood as a child and I thought as a child, but when I got old, I put away childish things.

These childish thoughts concern sexuality. The Bible is very clear concerning sexuality.

Just to touch on Romans chapter 1, the Word of God states a man or woman who leaves the natural use of their gender is not in right standing with God. 1 Timothy 1:15 states Jesus came into the world to save sinners from their sin.

Jesus saved the woman caught in adultery and said Go and sin no more (John 8:11). From Genesis to Revelation we can read passages concerning the sexually immoral not entering the kingdom of God.

It is not the scope of this thread to explain this in detail. It is the scope of this thread to prove God does not approve, in fact He hates the thought of abusing our children.

As a nurse I am very aware of genetic mutations. I am very aware of psychological problems, and I am very aware how our medical system is not bound to morality of any sort. The genetic and psychological issues have moral solutions. Mutilating children is not one of them.
